Preparation Procedure

Soak 7-8 wooden skewers in water. In a large mixing bowl, take the garlic and salt. Mash them together thoroughly. Then add minced rosemary leaves and olive oil and mix again. Now, add the luscious shrimp and refrigerate the mixture for 4 hours. On a preheated grill, place shrimp that have been skewered on wooden skewers. Brush the shrimp with oil and grill them for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  • 1 quart mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs Salad Supreme
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 1 cup sour cream

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate. The dip is ready. In a blender add the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chili powder and avocado and blend away till a smooth paste is formed. Dollop this paste on a serving plate. On this paste sprinkle the chopped onions, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and cheese. Drizzle some taco sauce as well.

Ingredients for Puff Filling
  • 1 can pink salmon (15½ ounce)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Green onions (sliced)
  • 1 celery stalk (diced)
  • 1 tsp. Dried dill
Ingredients for Puff Shell
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup water
Preparation Procedure

Preparing the filling is very simple. Just drain and separate the meat from the bones. Mix all the above filling ingredients into the fish shreds. The filling is ready. For the puff, you need to preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Then take a pan and add water, seasonings and butter to it. Allow it to come to a boil. Then take it away from the burner and stir in the flour till a dough is formed. Beat in the eggs one by one and mix well. On a greased baking dish, dollop out tablespoon sized portions of dough and bake in the oven for the next 20-25 minutes. Once they become golden brown and cool down, slit them open from the side and stuff them with the filling. The salmon puff is ready.

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sticks of butter (melted separately)
  • 1 box of confectioner's sugar (16 oz)
  • 1 packet cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Let the oven preheat to 350 degrees. Next, in a mixing bowl take the cake mix, the first stick of melted butter and 2 eggs. Blend them well till they become quite stiff. Into a 9 by 13 cake pan, dollop this mixture properly. In another mixing bowl take the other stick of melted butter and add to it the vanilla extract, cheese (softened), sugar and the other 2 eggs. Blend thoroughly and dollop the mixture neatly on the bottom layer of the cake pan. Bake this batter for 40 minutes in the oven. The cake's top will turn golden brown. Once it cools, apply frosting on the cake. If possible get cute frosting cake decorations that are shaped in the form of toys, babies, diapers, etc. This will give the cake a wonderful look.
