  • Butternut squash, 100 g
  • Sweet potato, 1

Preparation
Scoop out the pulp from the butternut squash. Peel the sweet potatoes. Boil them in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes or else bake in an oven at 375 °F for 40 minutes.
